Upon placing an order for a Made-To-Order garment, your payment will be processed immediately.

Every JNORIG piece is made with care and precision. Our production time, ranging from 3 to 8 weeks ensures that your garment is crafted to perfection. You'll receive regular updates about your order, guaranteeing complete transparency. This period includes the time required to assemble your order and prepare it for production. Please note that production will commence once the minimum order quantity is reached.

We can offer some personalized customization options for select garments. Once we receive your order, we'll promptly reach out to discuss your customization preferences on a personal basis.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipping notification via email. Your garment will be shipped via express service, and you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.
We always prioritize the fastest available shipping option to ensure swift delivery. Delivery times may still vary based on your location.

Please note that JNORIG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In the event of order cancellation by JNORIG, you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest, and no processing fee will be charged.
